Do you need any software ?

No, you dont need to download software disable or limit bluetooth in Windows 10, just follow

the below steps..

1) Press Windows + I keys.

2) Click on devices

3) Click on Bluetooth

4) On your right pane, you can see some options and the bluetooth devices, select the device you

want to remove device or unpair and select unpair,

5) It will ask for you confirmation, click yes..

Thats it..

If that doesnt worked, which means you cannot unpair bluetooth device or cant remove bluetooth

device then you can disable or unpair the bluetooth device using the following method.

1) Open Device Manager.

So,In this post lets see how to change sleep settings in Windows 10.

Again, the same words, you dont need an software to fix sleep mode settings on windows 10, all

you need to is just explore like i always do..

OK,lets see how to change sleep settings on Windows 10. there are two ways, we can change or

set sleep settings in windows 10 one is traditional way through control panel and other is through

settings. If you are using windows 10 latest build, then you cant change sleep settings using

control panel because they are migrated into new app called settings, so we can say the control

panel step wont work 99 % so i explain the steps through settings app.

How to change sleep settings on Windows 10 and where is sleep mode located in windows 10

Just follow the below steps..

1) Open settings

2) Click on System.

3) It will open a new window, on that find an option called power & search options on your left pane..

4) Now, you will see different options on your right pane.. just look for an option sleep..

Under that, you will see On battery power, PC goes to sleep after and when plugged in. PC goes to sleep after options..

We need to customize that things, changing the things there would change the time our PC goes into
sleep..

5) Set the amount of time you wish to set ..

For example : if your computer wants to go sleep after 10 min,which means if you wish to set sleep timer for 10 minutes, then choose 10 minutes on that options..

No,we dont need an additional software to do this schedule a scan on Windows 10 PC as such

options are inbuilt inside our PC, we dont need an auto scan app for Windows 10, Also you

dont need to know scan commands to schedule a scan on Windows 10 PC and execute on cmd,

as i had explained the easiest way in this post.

How to do it ?

Just follow the below steps..

1) Press Windows Key

2) Type scheduled tasks

3) Select the top most result scheduled tasks

4) Expand Task scheduler Library on left pane

5) Expand Microsoft

6) Expand Windows

7) Scroll down and double click on Windows Defender folder

8) On your right pane, you can see some options changing now..

double click or single Click on Windows defender scheduled Scan

9) It will open Windows defender Scheduled Scan properties

10) On that, click on Triggers tab

11) Click on New ( which would be on the bottom of the window)

12) Now, it will open New trigger window

13) Now, configure the time you wish to perform scan for on the settings, like start time and end

time..

and click OK.

Thats it..

Like these, you can scan your computer for virus on a schedule on any Windows 10 laptop and

windows 10 desktops.

Pin app to taskbar in Windows 10 How to Updated

Whether you are looking for how to pin app to taskbar or how to solve the problem cannot pin to

taskbar,(which means pin to taskbar is not working) here is an guide on how to do in windows 10.

In our last post, i had explained how to pin an app to start menu [Check it here], in this post i like to

show how to pin apps to taskbar in Windows 10.

Of course, there are many ways available to pin an app to taskbar or pin an app to desktop in

windows 10. But, some of it are complicated so i like to show only the couple of Ways you can use it.

How to Pin an App to taskbar in Windows 10

1) First decide the App you wish to pin it to start..

2) Press Windows( logo) key on the keyboard or Click on the start button.

3) You will see some apps displayed there..

i) Scroll down and find the App you wish to Pin to taskbar

ii) Right click on that app, you will see many options like Pin to start, More, uninstall..

iii) Select more, you will see some options like Pin to taskbar , Run as Administrator, Uninstall.

iv) Click on Pin to taskbar.

Thats it..

You will see your App pinned to taskbar.

Cannot Pin an App to taskbar or Pin to taskbar is not working

If you came up with the above problem like cant pin app to taskbar, then you can follow some of the

oldest methods that you may had worked while pinning an item to taskbar like in windows 7.

OK, here is my solution...

1) Open the item or app you wish to pin to taskbar

2) When it opened, you will see its icon on the taskbar, for example if you wish to pin chrome to

taskbar in Windows 10, then you can pin it by..

i) First Open chrome browser..

ii) you will see the globe like icon (the logo) on your taskbar..

3) Right click on the icon

4) Select Pin to taskbar

Thats youre done..

Let me tell you a secret??, probably you may had already known..

You can pin the app or folder to taskbar by simply dragging it to taskbar.

Which means, just click on the folder or app on your desktop or shortcut, hold your mouse and drag

it to the taskbar, you will see the app or folder now pinned.????

Like this, you can pin an app whether it is windows 10 laptop or desktop.. You can pin it to taskbar.

This live tiles are nothing but the option used to display the latest updates about the particular task

1) Click on the Start button

2) It will display the live of items on the right pane

3) Right click on the tile you wish to turn off

5) Now,you will find the option "Turn live tile on or off" or turn live tile off Click on it..

6) It will change into the Normal icon,which confirms your live tile is OFF.

like this, you can turn off all live tiles on Windows 10 desktop, also you dont need gpo or registry to turn off or reset this live tile.

How to turn on live tiles on Windows 10

1) Click on the Start button

2) It will display the live of items on the right pane

3) Right click on the tile you wish to turn on

4) It will display options like unpin from start, Resize and More,on that click on More.

5) Now,you will find the option Turn live tile on Click on it..

6) It will now change into different icon,which confirms your live tile is ON.

Note, if Windows 10 live tiles is not working, then you need to makesure the live tiles will work for that app/option, for example We cant set live tiles for Alarm and clock.

Though Airplane mode can be turned off using the settings App it wont work for

most users. They are increasingly complaining about the Airplane Mode issue in Windows 10.

If you are the one who has Airplane mode issue in Windows 10 then here is an experience of Mine

that may help you.

1) First, try turning off Airplane mode inside settings

Solution 2 : On Keyboard

1) Look for some specific key that has Radio or tower like symbol on the keyboard .

i) The Key will differ for every keyboard but the common key is prtsc or F12

ii) Hold your Fn key on the keyboard and hit the key that has tower symbol or just hit the key.

if you are using Dell laptop, then you can use Fn + prtsc

if you are using Hp laptop , then you can use Fn + F12 or simply F12

Like, this find the key and hit it with the alternative key.

Solution 3 :

The Above solutions worked for me.. But it doesnt worked for my friend who has different machine..

What worked for my friend is reinstalling the WiFi adapter driver.

1) Open device manager

2) Expand Network Adapter

Airplane Mode in Windows 10 - How to Fix Airplane wont turn off Stuck [Solved]

3) Right click on the WiFi adapter

4) Click on Uninstall

5) Restart your PC.

This fixed the errors of mine and my friends laptop, i hope it helps for you too..

However, dont forgot to install the wifi driver back again, as it is required for your Wifi to work

seamlessly just connect your PC and connect to internet, till will take care of it..

In our last post, we had seen how to show libraries in windows 10 , in this post lets see how to view

hidden files in Windows 10.

Do you need any software ??

No, you dont require any software to show hidden files in pen drive or to show hidden files on

windows 10 PC.

Then, how to do it..?

Just follow the below steps..

Note : There are different steps we can use to show the hidden folder or item, like using Powershell, Registry, Command prompt and so on.

Listed, here are the basic steps that doesnt require any knowledge of using Command prompt

commands or powershell commands,

How to show hidden files in Windows 10 - Method 1

1) First, Open your File explorer

If you dont know, how it is , then dont worry, just click on the below helpful link (what is file...)

2) When you have opened the file explorer you can find various tabs on the top of the pane

like File, Home, Share, View..

3) Click on the view tab.

4) It will display the Navigation pane and other related options like layout,current view, show or hide, etc..

5) Check the box "Hidden items"

Thats it, it will show the hidden folders located on the drive..

How to view hidden files in Windows 10 - Method 2

The problem with the above method is, it wont show files that were protected or faked to look like

Protected operating system files, which can be done by using command like attrib -s -h,etc.. Commands

So, we need to enable another option to view protected operating system files or the file that was

converted to look like protected file.

1) Just follow the steps 1 to 4 from the previous step..

2) When you are on the step 4, click on the options option

3)Select Change Folder and Search Options.

4) it Will open a New Window named folder options,on that find Click items as follows Which Will be on

View tab.

5) Under Advanced settings, scroll down and find the option "Files and folders" expand it,if it is not already expanded..

How do i show hidden files in windows 10 [Updated]

6) When you expanded/ scrolled down you will find options like Hidden files and folders.

Below that, there will be 2 Options..

Dont show hidden files ,folders or drives.

and Show hidden files, folders or drives

7) Click on the Show hidden files, folders or drives option (radial button)

8) And again scroll down and Uncheck the box "Hide Protected Operating system files"

9) Click on Apply

10) Click on OK.

Close the window.

Thats it..

Warning : Try the Step 8 of method 2 only if you know the difference between operating system files and normal files, i dont recommend this if you are beginner or novice. As deleting or altering such files will result in your system crash. So, just skip 8 and follow the steps 9 and 10 after step 7.

Like, in the above you can show or view the hidden folders, files and drives in Windows 10 desktop , Windows 10 laptop and so on.

Remember you dont need to download software to open hidden files in windows 10 as it is inbuilt

in windows 10, and you need to change some options like above??.

1) Open settings

to laptop or to mobile.. Here is your guide..

We can share WiFi connection from our device to other device using many ways, for example :we

can share wifi connection through cmd, share wifi connection through powershell, Share wifi

connection by installing an software or application.

But, windows 10 have a inbuilt option to share wifi connection from windows 10 device to others

known as Mobile Hotspot.

How to turn on Mobile hotspot in Windows 10

You dont need to download software to share WiFi connection in Windows 10, just follow the

following steps..

1) Press Windows + I which will open you Settings app instantly.

2) Select Network & Internet.

3) Click on Mobile Hotspot tab on the left pane

The mobile hotspot field will be available as 3rd from bottom).

4) When you clicked you can see "Mobile Hotspot" and Other items on your right pane...

5) Click/Slide right side of the option that was available under "Share my internet connection with

Other devices",so that it looks as ON.

Thats it..

Now,type the password that was visible near "network Password" on your connecting device...

You can now share your internet..
